Manchin didn't say "Absolutely not" to $2000 checks. He was asked if $2000 checks should be first priority and he said "Absolutely not". The asshole reporter who wrote this has a long history of taking Democrats statements out of context to get clicks. Twitters been all over him today for this shit.
