Briefly,
Donny Jr. manly sheds tears over paPa Don put into the Twitter corner.

:there is something wrong about a private big social media company exercising more power than the president of the United States of America. Said Donny Jr.

In other words, Conservative small government ideology is bad when you are in government power. And when you are a private citizen Big government is bad?

You explain what drugs and amounts led to Donny Jr. mouth making all that anal slurping noise?

The first amendment does not guarantee the behavior of any private business, Josh, and having gone to those expensive schools, one would imagine that you do know that and are just seriously affronted by a venerable publishing house like Simon and Schuster denying you the opportunity to lie in print about the tyranny of big tech or some such horse shit.
Being a good Republican, he had to know that S&S is owned by CBS/Viacom and that they would protect the bottom line of their operations from the inevitable backlash publishing his vicious drivel would create post insurrection, and must support that corporate consolidation that brought the situation about.
Or he could be just a fucking idiot who can't see past his presidential ambitions, like the Missouri bloggers I read all say.
When he tried to claim his first amendment right to a book deal, my very first thought was, fuck, I have to tell Driftglass...
And how is he gonna appeal to the MAGA folk that he is so obviously courting when he won't even lower himself to a deal with Regnery or the rest of the wingnut welfare slop trough?
What, does he think that he's better than them?
Fuck Hawley, Cotton is still the scary one, especially after he made the strategic decision to play his other hand on this one.
Then there was the woman who was trampled to death while wearing a "don't tread on me" shirt, girl, come on, you know they can't read...
But yes, damn it, we won. They made it as terrifying as possible for as long as possible, but they did their thing and fucked off the senate, and there's not a greater thing of beauty anywhere than the look on Mitch McConnell's ugly face after losing his majority to the efforts of brilliant Black women and the toxic antics of Fergus. I'm not generally a vindictive person, but I will admit to having downloaded a picture of his face Wednesday morning.
Thank you again for the podcast. The cat murdered a luckless bird and brought it inside, which was kinda gross, but still better than the mice he sometimes brings in and lets go...
So my questions are two: One, now that Fergus is not attending the inauguration, what are they gonna do about the nuclear football? And two, who gets to attach the shock collar to Joe Manchin?
