As of this morning the word about those nine ballots is that they weren't in their proper envelopes, and as "naked ballots" were supposed to be discarded under Pennsylvania election law. So add it to the list of election laws Fergus and his felons don't believe should apply to them when they don't find it convenient.

Also, if the ballots were marked for Fergus, like they claim, they can't be primary ballots, can they? Perhaps they were lying about that part also.

Yesterday when we drove down to Oakhurst for groceries, there was a rally of sorts going on at one of the major intersections. Everyone was wearing masks, and social distancing was happening for the most part, and they were waving big Biden/Harris banners.
The reaction from the passing traffic seemed overwhelmingly positive, at least while we were there, which I found pleasantly surprising out here in the conservative hinterland.

Thank you for the podcast again. It can feel like there's not much someone like me, who is poor, disabled, and lives out here in the smoldering sticks can do about the latest escalation of the goddamn battle, but not much does not, in fact mean nothing, and yesterday I gave another ten dollars to the part of Indivisible that is on the ground fighting this bullshit.

The Creek fire is 36% contained, which on a less monstrous fire would mean they have a handle on it, but it's just three or four ridges to the east of here, and I'm still watching the damn thing like a hawk...
