Conservatism is a virus.  An opportunistic virus which relentlessly attacks American democracy by lurching over and over again from one self-created catastrophe after another and then excreting a protective layer of "Libtards Are To Blame" and "Both Sides Do It" and "The Gummint Is The Problem" which allows it to continue replicating and destroying everything it comes in contact with.
