And I Looked, and Behold a Pale Horse

...and his name that sat on him was Unregulated Capitalism. From The Verge:
Medical company threatens to sue volunteers that 3D-printed valves for life-saving coronavirus treatments

The valve typically costs about $11,000 — the volunteers made them for about $1
And Hell followed with him.

There are no Libertarians in a pandemic

Just as I said in my general rant under the "...Nunes encourages Americans to recklessly endanger each other." Companies profiteering during a death dealing crisis should go directly to prison forever and should have the job of licking all the toilets clean with their tongues. Do you suppose if it were one of their family that was in need and they didn't have any in stock Et Cetera, Et Cetera.

I hope they enjoy a lunch of their profits surrounded by friends and family of those who died because of their greed.

Fuck them and all the profits they rode in on...Choke on it forever and a day you useless pukes.

When you know you are going to hell anyway it makes evil decisions easy.

Republicans as Nunes voted to real the ACA in 2017 without a replacement. GOP senate followed to repeal. The ACA is not perfect but it is a big improvement from where it was.
The GOP senate failed to repeal but was going to allow the States of Maine and Alaska to keep the ACA. Oh yeah, Every congress critter and their staffers would hold on to their ACA coverage. No one else. They did "promise" to replace it" someday with something.

They cannot answer this simple question.
* Why is it a tax paying citizen who does not get health care coverage through his employer, cannot afford coverage for himself or his family.
---Must pay for that congressman and his family and his staffers to have such coverage?

* Why is it working people cannot afford health care coverage for themselves have to pay for companies that provide health care for their employees when their employer will not.
-----Why is it done through including that health care in the price of their products that a person as described must pay for the Butchers health care when he buys cheap hamburger to eat?

For higher profits of the "free markets". What free market? Point to it and show me?

Haven't found it yet.
