"Pass That Dutch" Edition
Traveling these last few days. Everything's a blur and sorry for the light posting; whit luck I'll be able to slog back the the castle late-late tonight.
I have lots of Sunday notes stuffed in my hobo bindle (Kathleen Parker denying the existence of a "white culture" and Roland Burris blurting out a little Malcolm X were especially hilarious) but basically if you slept through the Mouse Circus,

Sorry to be OT, but what the hell, these are parlous times...
Now that Roland Burris is going to be safely ensconced in the U.S. Senate, I look forward to Jane Hamsher's next screed at FDL savaging Caroline Kennedy and telling us why she's unqualified to be in the same august organization.
Caroline Kennedy was attorney general of New York....oh wait, that's not right. But on with the coronation!

But since Hamsher's been ripping Kennedy for a while now, for her lack of gravitas, or whatever Hamsher thinks she lacks (as she continues to tote the hod for Hillary...) and doing it at precisely the same time she's been flacking for a political whore like Roland Burris to be put into the Senate, it's worth pointing out that little jog in logic and values. :o)
While Caroline Kennedy has not held public office, neither did Hillary Clinton. Both women were surrounded by politics because of their families, and had extensive executive experience in running various charities and foundations. Both Hillary and Caroline are distinguished attorneys in their own right.
Although, I do think that Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney might be a better choice for the Senate seat.

And those who would try, attempt to try, think or otherwise even ponder Hillary Clinton in the same terms intelligence-wise as Caroline Kennedy please stfu right now. You might start comparing HRHHRC to Sara Palin and have a better go of it. Brick dumb comes to mind.
Look I think Obama fired up alot of people.... and Caroline Kennedy is of the age now that women frequently step out to fulfill other aspects of their lives. I say GOOD FOR HER and I would think NY would be FAR better served by her than hrc EVER did. JH can go shit in her hat for banging on CK along with the other hillary hags. gah.
There's a quality to CK's INTELLIGENCE that is totally lacking in the likes of hrc. Totally lacking.

Couldn't happen to a nicer guy, either, even if a single drop of the prose you distill smokes and sizzles its way right through the hull of the S.S. Grifters On Parade.
I'd say a blogger Palm d'Or was also merited for those mad Photoshop skilz, and the many hilarious and sometimes disturbing ways you've employed them.
