The image brings to mind Goldfinger's murder of an underling by "skin asphyxiation". The Republican's seem hell-bent on doing the same to good taste wherever they can.

This is not to be confused with K. leavitt's Noble prize or the Nobel Peace prize pr even with the delicious Piece of Pizza Prize.
So if the republicans believe so adamantly that cutting ACA subsidies will cure the health care problems they never seem to articulate.
Like the policy notion that providing $80 a month directly to recipients to go out and purchase their own health care from a lawless insurance wild west solves it all.
Why don't they do exactly the same for every congressman. For every congress paid staffer who receives health care for his family too. From tax payers, who aren't able to afford health care for themselves and family buy must pay taxes to pay for theirs?
Bur then, they are the same people who arm everyone everywhere and when a mass shooting at a school ends the lives of a bunch of elementary school kids. Thoughts and prayers and this is not the time to speak about it.. Yet the Charlie Kirk gets shot dead and they are loud and blaming others aimlessly and angrily seeking people they can punish.
