You may have posted Tuesday's episode again.
Thanks for the catch. This has been corrected and the offending staff sacked :-)
Those responsible for sacking the offending staff have also been sacked.
The next ProLeft Podcast had better have some goddamned mariachi music...
Neal Stephenson's Snow Crash is another book where the corporatocracy has replaced the US government, and the president is laughed at in the helicopter when he offers to use his governmental power to help the situation.
I read that book while in the hospital after my stroke.
I have little confidence in us even getting the magic beans. As a matter of fact, I would settle for regular beans, as our food stamps have been cancelled, or at least postponed.
Thank you again for the podcast, Charlie is delightful.
After my hospital stay in July, I have had weekly visits from a nurse who checks on me and my continuing health issues. Thursday I was asking her about my chances at getting a covid vaccine given my health issues, even though I don't turn 65 until December, and she kind of mentioned what it was like to be a home nurse during covid. I don't actually hate many people, hate is something you have to be careful fucking around with, but I fucking hate RFK Jr. What that nurse went through before the vaccines came out was horrific. Playing around with making that happen again is fucking evil.
