Second let me ask
Since the SCOTUS 6 decided the appeals court ruling on president immunity wasn't fully clear. They decided to hear a case and debate everything that is not in the lawsuit to the court by Donny .
You know, Can president Trump order the assassination of Kavy, Any , Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch and Roberts if they rule against him on anything? And why would we need a SCOTUS or Congress if Trump can dp anything wishes. Why have Trump take the oath of office to uphold the constitution?
So I wonder?
My congressman replied to me after I wrote asking for something responsible done after the Las Vegas mass shooting. He said, " thoughts and prayers and he holds a deeply held commitment to the 2nd Amendment to bear arms to defend ourselves against Government tyranny.
I cannot get him to tell me how that works. That defending against a tyrannical government and all. Is it a group decision? Individual decision? Does the Government send out alerts to start firing at the tyranny and government officials?
Will SCOTUS hear my legal question that if anyone who shoots and kills any government official including SCOTUS justices or even Bugs bunny if Bugs works in government that is tyrannical and it is Wabbit season.
Or specifically the man who shot republican House representative Steve Scalise on the baseball field.
do they have immunity as long as they are exorcising their 2nd Amendment (defend against government tyranny) rights?
As long as a individual believes he is under government tyranny is he immune from any laws by shooting any and all government people who are of government that is imposing tyranny?
If so, why do we burden tax payers to provide funding to pay for security details for SCOTUS justices? They are government and if Government is tyrannical. They are doing it.
