Whose job is it to scrutinize? Obviously, the Central Scrutinizer:

"This is the Central Scrutinizer...
It is my responsibility to enforce all the laws
That haven't been passed yet
It is also my responsibility to alert each
And every one of you to the potential consequences
Of various ordinary everyday activities
You might be performing which could eventually lead to
The Death Penalty (or affect your parents' credit rating)"

Liz Cheney must be stopped. Even were she a sane and reasonable choice for POTUS, which she most emphatically is not, she would still stuff the goddamn government full of Republicans, who would do what Republicans do and just bugger the government just as close to death as the4y can get it and still draw a paycheck from it.
She does make for an interesting dynamic, though, now that her political existence is on the line, does the Cheney Death Star still have what it takes to explode planet Fergus?
Although I somewhat resent being held captive at the gladiator match while the republic hangs in the balance, at least I know that watching either of them lose will be entertaining.
I read a blog written by a gun enthusiast, and while I try to be polite to her on her blog, I have in the past let her know that I really don't like the idea of living in a constant, low-level gun fight, and having lived in all of the poorer neighborhoods in Oakland at the height of the crack epidemic, I do know what I'm talking about.
Thank you again for the podcast. There's a fire about four miles north of here, near the south gate to Yosemite, and although it seems to be moving northward, the air is smoky and everyone is watching Inciweb like hawks. This is what things are like now, and as Zsuzs and Briana are leaving for the East Bay the day after tomorrow, today Zsuzs had me drive the Subaru to show her that if shit gets real I can evacuate. I think I did OK...

For Above comment on Liz Cheney_

I adopted the premise that Liz Cheney is the Raptor created in a lab. As a raptor that lives on its primal instincts. Its own basic needs to feed and dominate its prey.

She has learned to open doors in her hunt to feed her hunger and the doors she has learned to open are the ones of her lab creators. Feeding is top priority and her GOP care takers are on the menu.
This is fine with me.
Other than tat, she belongs in a cage with no door knobs.

In Wisconsin God spoke to republicans through revealing himself via a burning Bush. That election drop boxes are not legal. Drop boxes for ballots is evil and Satan wants them.

I am hoping Dejoy is not post master for the Midterms because courts may not be there for justice to order the postal service to prioritize election ballots be delivered on time.
Remember Dejoy's promise, "Post office will become less reliable, slower and cost more".

Less for more is his slogan. Dejoy's removal has been a complaint of the Biden Adm. Not one to cause me to vote GOP.
I opine over the SCOTUS Fab 6 with their personal religious beliefs used to make legal rulings.

How they could pompously state that because something as Roe as a right is not in the constitution by its name (and in writing the word abortion not there). Nor is the right of the SCOUS to overturn any legislation the congress passes and the president signs. That power to define if something is constitutional is not spelled out in the constitution for the SCOTUS.

This notion of constitutional review by a court was created by the court somewhere in the 1940 to 1950 s.

Just like tax payers funding health care to the justices, a pension. For congress for that matter. NO, Not even the Federal Deposit Insurance that every bank is covered and bound to by law.
Corporate Bail outs are not in the constitution. Yes a long list indeed by these desperate justices blather as pretending to be great legal minds. Instead of what they truly are.

And we see all the Putin-ist laws in Florida come to fruition.
What is hard to listen to is the news reporting on it. It is all the Governor. he passed those laws. He didn't only legislate them, he signed them into law as governor.
The GOP state legislature and the State supreme court excusing the state constitution for GOP priorities.

Why the media does not take the time to report on the GOP controlled state legislators and merely the governors that are republicans running rampant is beyond me.
Then there is stuff like HJoe Mancin who st silently while the Senate GOP controlled senate changed the number of SCOTUS justices for over a year. From 9 to 8. Where was the media? Where were those F____ing "Tools of the Tool box" Democrats could use?
When the GOP took over congress and presidncy in 2017, the GOP house and senate went into what they called was a congressional review. They used it to overturn a slew of legislative accomplishes during Obama term. Did Democrats do their own congressional review? For some reason, No.
It is difficult for law abiding , elected Dems who take the oath of office seriously to behave as a irresponsible give me Tarina and the hell with my oath and anyone else. For they will do with what they want . I do not want Dems to be like that which I disapprove in GOP. But they must adapt to overcome.

I finish with Trump in Alaska at a rally saying, "how we were all united and we were all very happy when he was president".
I do not recall that myself, even his rally fans were chanting Satanic hate of "Lock then up" which I do not consider making even them happy.

I recall even the Trumpeters, being angry and viciously unhappy. It is their natural state and could never be happy or united. I will say, becoming a member of a Jim Jones Cult does not make you happy or united.
