If Dowd continues his cowardly practice of blocking anyone who even lightly brushes up against his deeply inconvenient past, his press conferences should be lit.
Also, anyone looking to do a little oppo research should begin with the fact that, as I wrote about last month ("Matthew Dowd, Internet Man of Mystery"), the other way Mr. Dowd has dealt with his deeply inconvenient past in advance of announcing his candidacy was to take the extraordinary step of wiping out his entire Twitter archive while relying on his very good friends in the media to never mention it:
Because the original Tweets are gone, gone, gone kids. In fact, as near as I can tell, Mr. Dowd has wiped every single one of his Tweets prior to 07/25/21 with one, weird exception. For some reason this one survived the Purge, and finding it was like finding nothing but a scorched hinge and a doorknocker where an entire Library of Alexandria of shitty takes and bad faith had once stood.
And so far it's working like a charm, because the one value the media holds above all others is to never, ever, ever hold its own accountable.

And Matthew Dowd is definitely in it.

Huh. Well, I live in Texas and watch the local news and this is the first I've heard of it. So I guess his PR campaign is as good as most things he does.
I did hear that P. Bush and some other has beens are running but that might be against our criminal AG Paxton. Hard to keep them straight.

Isn't it obvious that the liberal lying media does not report it because they do not want you to know.?
I cannot speak to the right wing media and their creative adlib tabloid story lines of the moment and if they refuse to report on who is running in Texas because they may be under an obedience Non disclosure Trump force them to sign. Forcing them to only expend media on who and what Trump wants. Like his Texas recount of his election victory, he seems to have doubts about.
Trump told us numerous times,
"he could shoot someone dead in broad daylight on Fifth Ave. And get away with it.
Where is the both sides from Biden on this,
I have not heard president Biden say,
"I can shoot dead Donald Trump at Mar A Lago in-between golf rounds in broad Florida sunshine daylight and get away with it".
For that matter, "he can shoot dead Mitch McConnell on the Senate floor and Sen. Ted Cruzy if available and get away with it".
I mean come n, if we are going to be told both sides do this shit. Lets do it.
Biden has no love letters from N. Korean dictator and does speak about how wonderful he is.
Biden never briefed about sharing a piece of beautiful chocolate cake with China's leader.
