Lindsey also says the AR-15 is very popular just like my GOP congressman said. Seems they got a briefing by Frank Luntz on how to speak of it.

As a veteran who handled the M-16 and as a civilian who owned an AR-15. The only difference is on the AR-15. It does not have the lever position to fully auto.
M-16 lever Safety, Semi auto, Fully auto.
