You know I wouldn't bother keeping Mr. Dowd on my radar if he had some job where not knowing a damn thing about politics and shooting off one's bazoo about it anyway wasn't a professional liability. Like bricklaying or selling aluminum siding or teaching Beowulf at the local community college.
But Mr. Dowd isn't any of those things. Mr. Dowd is ABC News' chief political analyst -- a job which, in any sane society, would demand a minimum of competence which Mr. Dowd repeatedly fails to meet.
On the other hand, bricklayers and salespeople and teachers get laid off all the time, often for no good reason, whereas once you've been admitted to the Beltway Media Insiders Club you're pretty much guaranteed a job for life regardless of how impressively and publicly you shit the bed.

I am one of those "someones", who thinks there is no divorcing from the GOP. Similar but more stringent than Catholicism Tenets of marriage..
They will reelect the Lying Ted even if they do not vote for Biden.

Thing is, I voted on that same ballot ans it was a ticket. Vote for,
president Trump and VP Mike Pence
or
Vote for President HRC and VP Kaine.
You could not vote Mike Pence.
They weren't separate. They voted All republican down ticket. Even though Trump trasjed his GOP as Lying TED, MS. Lindsey and Disgraced soldier McCain. They voted for the Southern ball locker Jeff Sessions who supported Trump and they voted for Romney who did not support Trump (so much).
No matter, across the Newt Gingrich republican ingredients the same in every GOP box. They lockstep in covering up his crimes.
So when I have heard this nonsense of, " all politicians are the same and can't be trusted. But I am voting republican no matter what."
