Let's see....Joe Walsh--former Tea Party Congressman, failed re-election candidate, deadbeat dad, failed presidential candidate, all-around RWNJ. Like I have any reason to give a fuck about whatever the hell Joe Walsh thinks.
Which brings to mind.
With the republican majority Senate leader McConnell blessing Americans with the appointing of
the one black cover of a Uncle republican Tom, Sen. Scott to write a bill to rally behind and justify their enabling to continue with the injustices.
I noticed several Democratic Senators, (Booker, Klobabechar and others) making rounds on the TV to talk about passing corrective legislation and how, "republican senators, "Their good friends", are seriously discussing legislation on the issue.
Their food friends are sincere?
They allowed Rand Paul (one republican dude) to stop legislation to be floor voted by 99 others senators. Really? Their good republican friends?
If the adults in the room don't maintain decorum, the senate will devolve into partisan knifefighting. And the public (those few of us who still take this into account) will take their cues from the senate, and there will be MAJOR civil unrest and partisan assaults throughout the US.
I hope that the Democratic senators are trying to avoid that by referring to these traitorous greedheads by a conciliatory sobriquet. I also hope that they realize they are actually dealing with the Sith.
