In a not dysfunctionally corrupt administration, Kavanaugh's perjury would either disqualify him or get him impeached.
Perhaps we may need to do it differently this time, and admit that looking forward has to include doing something about the damage that was done to the workings of our government in order for it to ever be seen as legitimate again.
And of course legitimate is in the eye of the beholder, so we will have to do it ourselves, thus expending a significant fraction of our next administration's time with a favorable congress to simply fix the goddamn damage these fucks did and still won't admit was bad.
