@NYTNarrative huh??? I didn't vote for Trump or Clinton. The duopoly is broken.— Matthew Dowd (@matthewjdowd) January 26, 2017
I suppose there is some virtue in ABC News finding a make-work gig for Mr. Dowd, who was so mind-fucked and hollowed out by his allegiance to the Party of Limbaugh that he flung himself into the nearest available cult which promised ouchless and financially rewarding absolution.
But couldn't they have found something other than "Chief Political Analyst" for someone so completely detached from political reality?
Maybe a nice sinecure in the cafeteria slicing carrots or scrubbing pots where he could mumble "K'rupt Duopoly! K'rupt Duopoly!" to himself all day long without scaring people.

Hey look,
My brilliant Senator Ben Sasse "says" he voted for Pence. Not for Trump or Hillary.
Back to the late 1930's
Where we find Matthew Dowd in an internment camp being re beaten and interrogated with "enhanced interrogation techniques" To get "Alternative Facts" out of him.
But I voted for Joseph Goebbels..............
"Daddy, what did YOU do during the Second American Civil War?"
"I said Both Sides Do It, dear."
The duopoly is broken because why?, Matthew Dowd? The press can report What, what is happening, but it doesn't attempt to answer the question of Why. Why is our two-party system broken, Matthew Dowd? Because the republicans broke it, intentionally. The real democrats are where a right-wing party would be, in a sane two-party system. And the republicans are off the map. Not sane. The rest of the world is looking at this, and the United States has become dangerous. You can say what you want about drone bombing, but Obama was judicious in his approach towards the United States policing the world. Who knows what this unhinged, in-over-his-head dunderhead is going to do? 'a 20% tax on Mexican goods', that's fucking genius, dude, now every single American can pay 20% more for tomatoes. So that we can build a wall, a symbol of cutting off one's nose to spite one's face so stupid, that the rest of the world kinda wants us to do it, just so they can shake their heads and laugh. 'Who could be so stupid to do such a thing? When all the reasons why it wouldn't work were obvious? And it was so expensive, when the money could have been better spent on, well, just about anything?'
Yeah, but that money has to come from somewhere, the Republicans will say as they use the expense of the walldoggle to cut the budget.

H3RP DURP??? I didn't vote for Trump or Clinton (because fuck reality & fuck ALL your children's children's children). The duopoly (that I made phat stacks as a prime time state-corporate memetic enforcer for) is broken (you're welcome).
