GOP Front-runner Discusses Strategy With Trusted Adviser

Today, 172-year-old John McCain went on the "Liberal" MSNBC for the eleventyhundredth time to flash his "barely-contained-rage" face and "stern-grandpa-lecture" face to explain why Donald Trump is a doody-head.

Yesterday, doody-head Donald Trump published an op-ed in that newspaperish thingie that America's finest mid-range motels shove under your door at night in which he pointed out that John McCain was a loser hack Liberal handmaiden of the Kenyan Usurper:
Trump: I don't need to be lectured
Donald Trump 6:46 p.m. EDT July 19, 2015

McCain has abandoned our veterans. I will fight for them.

...
The reality is that John McCain the politician has made America less safe, sent our brave soldiers into wrong-headed foreign adventures, covered up for President Obama with the VA scandal and has spent most of his time in the Senate pushing amnesty. He would rather protect the Iraqi border than Arizona’s. He even voted for the Iran Nuclear Review Act of 2015, which allows Obama, who McCain lost to in a record defeat, to push his dangerous Iran nuclear agreement through the Senate without a supermajority of votes.

A number of my competitors for the Republican nomination have no business running for president. I do not need to be lectured by any of them. Many are failed politicians or people who would be unable to succeed in the private sector. Some, however, I have great respect for.
...
You know who Crazy Uncle Liberty hates?  Losers.  Liberals.  Politicians.  Anyone who has ever gotten within spitting distance of the Kenyan Usurper and not spit on him.  RINO, especially RINOs  who apologize.  And anyone who calls him crazy.  Anyone who wants to force them to play nice with the brown people and uppity women and Commies who stole their country from them.

You know who Crazy Uncle Liberty loves?  Winners.  Loud, rich, asshole winners who have lottsa hot broads around them and say whatever the fuck they wanna say and fuck you if your don't like it ya pansy.  Loud, rich, asshole winners who tell Crazy Uncle Liberty tell he's a fucking genius.  This is why Crazy Uncle Liberty watches Fox.  It's why Crazy Uncle Liberty listens to Hate Radio.

And Hate Radio has not let Crazy Uncle Liberty down!
Rush Limbaugh Rallies Listeners to Donald Trump’s Defense

The conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh, who has a substantial following among grass-roots Republicans, came to the defense of Donald J. Trump on Monday as prominent leaders in the party stepped up their criticism of Mr. Trump’s pointed comments about Senator John McCain.

Such a defense is not entirely surprising, since Mr. Limbaugh’s distaste for the Republican establishment is deep and well documented. But the supportive words from Mr. Limbaugh may provide Mr. Trump with the inoculation he needs to survive the scorn of the party’s elders long enough to be included in the presidential debates.

Mr. Trump is not following the typical protocol for public figures who are scorned by the establishment, Mr. Limbaugh said.

“The American people haven’t seen something like this in a long time,” the radio host said, speaking to the unique nature of the emerging 2016 Republican presidential contest, in which harnessing anger and money may be crucial ingredients for success. “They have not seen an embattled public figure stand up for himself, double down and tell everybody to go to hell.”
...
So guess who won that pie-fight?

From the WaPo:
Poll: Trump surges to big lead in GOP presidential race

Businessman Donald Trump surged into the lead for the 2016 Republican presidential nomination, with almost twice the support of his closest rival, just as he ignited a new controversy after making disparaging remarks about Sen. John McCain’s Vietnam War service, according to a new Washington Post-ABC News poll.

...
Even with the drop in support on the final night of the survey, Trump was the favorite of 24 percent of registered Republicans and Republican-leaning independents. That is the highest percentage and biggest lead recorded by any GOP candidate this year in Post-ABC News polls and marks a sixfold increase in his support since late May, shortly before he formally joined the race.

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, who announced his candidacy a week ago, is in second place, at 13 percent, followed by former Florida governor Jeb Bush, at 12 percent. Walker’s support is strongest among those who describe themselves as “very conservative.”

Excuse me; I think it is time for the "run in circles, scream and shout" portion of the day.

When the collective gag reflex of the American people finally gets triggered, let me know.

Good morning, Mr. Glass.

To quote Heather Donohue from "The Blair Witch Project," "Oh my God! What the f*ck is that?! What the f*ck is that?!"

I was going to recommend doing a graphic having Mr. Trump as the latest person to masturbate the GOP elephant, and then did a Google image search to see if anyone had beaten me to the punch. I have witnessed things that no one should ever witness.

Be seeing you.

Cannot help but think this is all a facetiously painful 'performance art' type act. Really.

Thanks Obama ...

Sadly; this all plays too well to/for the Murdoch Media/Fox Networks audiences. Will the audiences be angry when they find out that they have been had by the huckster?

But there is more to this than just a rude awakening. The people of USA may really have a backlash toward all those who are involved.

Great stuff.

By the way, Trump's whole act reminds me of that Austrian guy Schicklgruber. Whatever happened to him anyway?

The Germans were never going to buy his act and America, which is the most exceptional country in the 6,000 years of human existence, will never buy Trump's.

I reckon Jeb! has his daddy's old subordinates in the CIA looking into Trump's finances with the proverbial fine-toothed comb.

"Behind every great fortune there is a great crime."

Sooner or later, Jeb!'s minions will find Trump's great crime, or else manufacture one.

Same goes for Walker, and even his owners the Koch Brothers, if they get too assertive.

Let us enjoy the Reptilian Civil War while it lasts.

Oh yeah, I forgot Boss Limbaugh.

Need I even suggest what blackmail material Jeb!'s minions could find on him?

Will there really be any "winners" once the poop fight at the GOP monkey house gets cranked up to 11?

Or they'll find out there's no great fortune. Trump is too dumb to keep his money, no matter how much he starts with or how often he starts over.

Field day over at Wonkette re Trump giving out Lindsay Graham's private number.

I WAS rooting for Trump.

Then he reversed the bell curve. Now yesterday's GOP Klown Krazy is simply pathetic.

Not liking this clown anymore. Too creepy.

@ bluicebank Field day over at Wonkette re Trump giving out Lindsay Graham's private number.

To chronicle the crazy in this campaign, even at this early stage, we really need Hunter S. Thompson to come back from the dead and cover the Repubs as he did the Dems in Fear and Loathing on the Campaign Trail '72.

The Repubs now are simply beyond insane: Events are unfolding like some sort of political "Silence of the Lambs" or the first season of "True Detectives." I mean, Chris Christie saying, I’d Choose Sarah Palin For VP?!

Very astute observations.
Anyone who is old enough to remember when JFK was shot will never forget where they were and what they were doing when they heard the news.
Except Poppy Bush. He doesn't remember because stuff.
But actually he was in or near Dallas. Funny that. Gee, I'd think I'd remember.
