As to what he's saying, hmm...
a) He's reserving a seat at the Applebee's Salad Bar.
b) There's been a multiple Bobo sighting on Pennsylvania Ave.
b) He's bragging to Karl Rove about the stiffy David Gregory got when Brooks said "bipartisan" on the air.
Brooks always looks like an overgrown nine year old, in a creepy way, a guy who has failed to grasp that his immature game playing is not funny any more.
