Yes. There is no other phonemic combination in the English language that both A) so effectively replaces "graveyard", which is the original word in the lyric of the song, while at the same time B) correctly conveys the intended meaning in a way that does not destroy the meter of the original song.
Ah. The image of the bigoted and the evil doesn't evoke people with disabilities for me, but then, hey, it's not my blog.
