Sadly Mr. Obama has been standing on said sidelines too often since his election.

And since neither end is likely to put it's foot anywhere near the ass of the other end, it remains for voters to do it.
Which, unless I miss my guess, is what's going to happen in about a month.

So he's excused himself then. I'm so pissed. At the same time I'm ready and have been saying the protest is to pack both houses with dems. As many as we can get to offset those that need a fraking shoe up their backsides. And THEN if we STILL see this watered down legislation being heralded as the end and be all in getting BACK to the real middle, I will join the fuckit brigade. Until then, get your asses out there and vote for the dems one MORE TIME... okay this may take a few more times but still... didn't we already KNOW that? It's just going to take longer.
