I hope you didn't catch this from that Ornery Bastard, Dg. He's really been suffering.
One sure remedy (not quick, but sure) is to start taking 1000 mg. of Vitamin C (capsules are best if you have a problem ingesting the tablets due to stomach disorders) every two-three hours. It will build up your system and eventually repel the buggers (hopefully not onto anyone else!).
Chicken soup is the best quick cure, but I'm sure you know this from BadTux's recipe already.
Stay warm, nestle down in soft blankets in front of a roaring fire and don't forget the Baileys (or your choice of oblivion-inducing potion).

The stuff trademarked Airborne is herbal and seems to be helpful to most folks in dealing with such nasty little invaders.
