Succinct, as usual. (Translation: Thanks. I'm linking to this.)
I suspected Rand was sub-human but that quote confirmed it. Scary bitch.
omg... I cannot look at photos of CM..... ever. I looked at that one and what an old man he is. Still though.... the eyes.... just creeeeeeeepy as ever. ugh. Cheney has manson eyes for sure. ew. There really is something terribly wrong with cheney..... just fucking evil.
And, that rand guy. I get the same feeling seeing him speak as I do Bernanke..... like they're just showing up to make nice with the foolish little people because, by god, they could end the world if they wanted to. And I think this guithner fellow is their plant and obama's hostage negotiator. Given the day's market rise, I'd say they must have gotten what they wanted. Did we? Who knows.
Now there's a swingin' quintet!
Satan and the Unappreciated Geniuses.
Sing it loud, sing it proud.
There's a place for us,
Somewhere a place for us.
Peace and quiet and open air
Wait for us
Somewhere.
There's a time for us,
Some day a time for us,
Time together with time spare,
Time to learn, time to care,
Some day!
Somewhere.
We'll find a new way of living,
We'll find a way of forgiving
Somewhere . . .
There's a place for us,
A time and place for us.
Hold my hand and we're halfway there.
Hold my hand and I'll take you there
Somehow,
Some day,
Somewhere!
Hmmm...now, why do you suppose West Point officials thought it was a good idea to have Ayn Rand address the corps of cadets...on ANY subject?
Nice little eye and sound bytes, Driftglass. Thank you.
Yuh know? That's the first pic I've seen of -- what didja call it? -- that Wingnut Oligarch Bitch Goddess Ayd Rand .
Yummy! But you must know: the picture of AIG CEO Liddy?? You already ruined that one for me, DG. ALL I can see now is a guy with cavernous acne scars ... who looks in the mirror and ...
THINKS HE'S BRAD PITT!!! Bwaaaa.
guillotines were built for a purpose
