President George W. Bush faces the lowest approval ratings of all time as he prepares to vacate the White House.

According to the latest CNN/Opinion Research Corporation survey, President George W. Bush faces the lowest approval ratings of any American president since the survey was introduced more than 60 years ago.

GayVet, I'd suggest that Robert Gates and Michael Hayden, while not AS culpable, should get a little Hague "action", too, but unfortunately it looks like they will be busy in their respective slots as SecDef and Director of the CIA, in Obama's new administration.
