Appearing on Fox News’ MediaBuzz with host Howard Kurtz, conservative pollster Frank Luntz decried the polarized state of U.S. political affairs — that he is partly to blame for — and said the extremist turn of the GOP has him wondering if he can call himself a Republican any longer.
Speaking with the host, Luntz slammed the “poisonous atmosphere” he has seen while talking to voters and said the U.S. can’t continue down the road it is on under Donald Trump — while ducking pinning the blame on the president when pressed.
“Do you regret any of the tactics of your past, and are you now moving to a different place when you talk about ‘I want to spend 2019 finding common ground’?” Kurtz pressed the pollster. “That’s not Frank Luntz the partisan warrior.”
“It’s hard to be a partisan warrior when you see the damage that’s done,” Luntz lamented, before the Fox host asked him, “Do you still consider yourself a Republican?”
“I don’t know,” Luntz replied before attacking both Republicans and Democrats over inner-city policies.
When asked if Trump had a hand in his dilemma, Luntz ducked the question and criticized both parties.
“I don’t like the tone and demeanor of either of them,” the pollster replied.
“It sounds like you are becoming an independent without using those words,” Kurtz suggested.
Yes, by now all the GOP plague rats who brought this country to ruin know the all the magic words that will get them a seat on the lifeboat.
I presume the next step will be a book which will have the same theme as every other Never Trumper book --

Ever since Luntz graduated from, Fucks U.. He has continued having a problem being Frank.
I can only say, if he ever came in front of JUdge RobT's court and convicted. Jail at the plush GOP hilton prison is out of the question.
I believe in real work is good for the soul and provides self worth (which Luntz has given up search for).
I would sentence him to 24/7 community labor at the oldest city Waste Management plant for at least a year.

Although I do not believe a word Luntz says, I admit fleeting pleasure at his pretending hihe has a soul that is confused.

Being both repulsed and horrified by the sights, sounds and smells of the Republican shit pile he helped create, Frank Luntz declares himself a newfound, straight-ticket GOP voting "Independent." Imagine the look on his face when he climbs aboard the lifeboat to escape the SS Trump as it sinks only to see Joe Scarborough, David Frum, Charlie Sykes, Bill Kristol and Steve Schmidt have taken all the seats.
Like an officer on the losing side of a war, shedding his uniform and trying to blend in with other citizens to avoid POW camp.
