Thing is it is never just the Trump or the GW and or Cheney.
They cannot do their damaged violating the constitution if the majorities of Congress do not allow these criminal agendas. .
The GOP has been neck deep in the sewage every time.
They fail with a GOP party president to uphold their duty they tok an oath to. Defending the constitution from foreign and domestic threats.
Allowing the Pres. to inflict tariffs means they allowed and waive their power to tax American citizens They ignore their duty they well know for the SCOTUS to decide to stop it..
Think back in Trump's 1st term . He arraigned and order GOP senators to fly to Moscow to hear Putin lay out how he gained permanent control so they could do so in America.
To make sure it meant something, it was scheduled on America's independence day (4th of July). Which they were not humiliated for because they were proud of it.
What I mean it that the GOP, controlled by their donors order them to do this. Dreams of Hoover's return but more so.

Constitutional amendments that they are not merely a SCOTUS ruling to be overturned or a statute that a Pres. Exec Order can nullify.
