He now ignores the like he does to all the lower courts and it is the SCOTUS that allowed the lower court s to be ignored. because the SCOTUS ruled it. Not sure what the SCOTUS plans on doing when he sends DOGE in to the SCOTUS to dismantle it. I am sur their wealthy owners will take care of them.
Republicans/conservatives have for a long time . has yearned and pushed for what they call the "unitary president". The last big shove on the unitary Prez was GW Bush. It is only republican presidents that are allowed this. Even the SCOTUS agrees.
It is why they captured the SCOTUS majority. To pretend they interpreting law but actually just are told what to rule and they find the words to put together that sort of sounds legally legitimate. To suppress the masses.
Does anyone think it won't be long before the royal king decides he (we) do not need a supreme court, a House of representatives or a Senate. We won't need a state government either. This means republicans in elected office are not required either.
The unitary prez, King, Dictator or what ever name defines it for you. Is all we need. No need for debate. Republicans in power have always shut down debate. The King will shut it down for them as well. He won't require a house or senate to appease him in every whim to make it appear to citizens there is a government.
He is demanding all the voter information from the stats so ne can manipulate the election. GOP controlled states are soft on their state rights of elections when it is the king of GOP who demands the information of their state citizens. Who were entrusted with said voter info. Willing to hand it over to the guy who organized and orchestrated the J6 insurrection. The same dude who we all heard on recorded call to Georgia Sec of State phone call to fabricate enough votes out of thin air for him to win the election of the state.
Sure, give him people of the state personal voter information for him to DO WJAT?
