This time deep state is not there to blame.
I recall the chosen one wanted to nuke a hurricane and there were actually people there to tell him not to do it.
But the next storm like hit Kansas or the wild fires hit again. Who will object to nuking Kansas storm or the fires?
Not even any GOP congress person would oppose him doing it.
