Good morning, wonderful people. Hope you're as well as you can be.

I'd like to reiterate:

The New York Times has, as of this election cycle, dispelled any conceivable doubt that it is a conservative Republican publication. I cannot see an arguable case to the contrary.

Stay safe and thanks for all you do.

Thank you for being a voice of reason. I’m basically boycotting the Wunderkind right now for the same. And what’s up with the LGM headliners?? Thankfully the entire commentariat over there is pushing back, and Cheryl’s the only voice of reason.

Obama called it the silly season. For the GOP, it is the only season. It seems the media is about who pays them to play for their team for the season.

By elite demand. For his next feat, President Biden will swan dive from the top of the Empire State building into a 55 gallon barrel of water to prove he still has it.

I watched the president felid questions from many disrespectful reporters for 90 minutes. Answering with intricate details. Not once did the president hear the disrespectful question and attack the reporter for the question and scold them as scum to be dismissed and on to another question.
How Trump treated the press, mostly the same press as scum to be kicked out of any white house press corps activities.
I need a press to ask tough questions and get the best answers to know what my governments top leader is administrating in my name. The press forgets this and asks

bs questions I either have no concern or find Teasing/ poling the bear for excuses that informs no one.
They don't, have not and will not put Trump in a 90 minute Q and A because he will not / cannot answer specific intricate questions to provide detailed answers in full.
Exactly like Trump's health care replacement. It will be great, it will be cost effective, it will cost less, it will cover everyone with full converge. A beautiful health care plan.
Lots of words and no definitive facts to assure that a replacement plan actually exists.

But they know Trump answers like he is selling his Fraud university to the dumbest recruit to get their cash.

There is on piece of advice I have for Biden and Kamala.

Hire a few campaign spokes people from the greatest comedian producing country. America. Sure Colbert, Kimmel or Sam Bee pops up. There are so many great comedians The campaign can send to the networks, open for a campaign speech, Radio shows. There use is limitless.
Send them in to the White House Press conferences to answer the FOX reporters questions. Use the professionals for those choice selective counter offensive moments.

President Biden is a moral guy and it is not his nature to be harsh and degrading to other people. He can point out the rights / Trump's fallacies and then reaffirm his rational goals to improve the qualities of our lives and progress this country into a positive future for all Americans. Of course, Trump doesn't see himself as American so it won't be for him as far as he is concerned.
And for MAGA that are the same.

It is irritating to hear a reporter ask Pres. Biden what if something happens to him. That he finds it needed to legitimize the question by answering, "I have VP Kamala Harris and I picked her because she is intelligent, she was the AG of our biggest state. She wis qualified. And now, she has experience as VP.

It was no small gesture to many wealthy and corporate masters of the universe. When president Biden of the United States of America walk on the picket line , with union workers on Strike.
Do not think this deed by the president went without notice. Combine that with Biden promise to fund the ITS to nab wealthy tax cheats in audits has come to fruition.

Doug in Sugar Pine,

Sorry. Accidentally zapped you're comment. Please resub if you'd like. Very tired & my rented fingers failed me.

That's OK. Mostly what I remember about the comment was speculating that had Fergus' advance team been more like Biden's advance team, he might have fewer holes in his ear...
And that it would have been interesting to see how the media responded to a change at the top of the GOP ticket after their incessant calls for a change at the top of the Democratic ticket.
Oh yeah, and how the SCOTUS immunity ruling has elevated character to the very top issue in the presidential campaign, now that it is all that is standing between us and a rogue, lawless presidency, so had Biden not been by far the best candidate before the ruling, he certainly is now, for what that's worth.

Amen on the MSNBC thing.

Normally, I watch the evening shows delayed on Replay so that I can bounce past the commercial blocks and any of the invited punditry that I cannot bear listening to, but here for the past week-ish I've had to blow through entire shows simply because of all the "Biden Must Step Down!!!!" codswallop. Everyone seems to want their 15 Minutes Of Fame RIGHT NOW DAMMIT!!!

I have my issues with Biden, as do many of us, but this is NOT THE TIME FOR THIS SHITE. That time is long past. The French and the Brits have realized this, and acted accordingly. We need to, also.
