Ronna is in a deplorables basket of her own and I do not care to hear any opinion or personal insight she could conger up to offer. I can handle the media smorgas board of political spectrum I understand why a right wing network exists to cater to the R-wing but where is the left wing network that equals?
Problem I have is news provided. Is it accurate, honest, factual, detailed enough. I do not require a supermodel flouting her legs high up the thigh to deliver that news.
There are former GOP as Nicole Wallace that does a fair job of it. She hasn't had to report on her old boss GW Bush and his Cheney induced Iraq war for WMD that did not exist. Annoying is when she has to comment that GW was not like Trumps (as bad as). That comment explains she is defending that war when Iraq did not attack us on 9/11 as marketed.
This files down the honest edges of her perspective . She has no problem reporting and clearly factually criticizing Trump and MAGA.
Steele on the other hand dodged the press when things got hot. He spoke a truth and had to appear in the high court of AM radio justice Rush Limbaugh to plead for mercy.
He has a rough time discussing his being let go and how his fellow GOP told him black is not worthy and he was only elevated because f President Obama as a buffer to racially criticize. What is reported, What is not reported and we all see what media can obsessively fixate on for days or weeks. Something FOX does 24/7 /12 month a year.
MSNBC makes attempt with Hewitt, Beck push paid guests as Steele, Sykes. They will bring them on to speak on GOP issues and to discuss and criticize Democrats.
Like this strange norm or tradition where a appointed social council must be a republican even if the target is Democratic or republican. This is done so the GOP will not nail themselves to the cross and scream the liberal romans are critiquing them.
Pampering cru babies. Becaise it will always be a witch hunt partisan bias if a democratic minded prosecutor is appointed as a special prosecutor loking into a republican.
Can we somehow make ourselves as attractive of an audience as the goddamn Republicans? I know that is difficult as they feel they already own us, but as this fiasco illustrates, there are days when they don't, and we can make sure everyone knows it. Will that help anything? Probably not. These fucks will keep doing this as long as there is another nickle to be drained from doing so, and cushy lives and phony baloney jobs to be protected from the ravages of regular employment. According to the fucking New York Times, the billionaires aren't really worried about democracy's demise, they just see it as more of the same show we've been watching for decades. Maybe we shouldn't have billionaires. Maybe the New York Times should go fuck itself. Should is a strange word. I still refuse to stop using it, though. Thank you again for the podcast. It can't seem to decide whether it's snowing or hailing, but either way the cat thinks it should stop. By the way, I think I read that the election in Alabama we just won is near Huntsville, where my friend Sara lives. She texted me another picture of the cake topper with the cats on it, but as I already sent you a picture of it, I don't think I need to plug my phone into this decrepit laptop to email it to you. Briana just left Miranda, where our friend Rob took some heavy equipment to turn the abandoned cars on the property into "Junk Henge" that will hopefully discourage the assholes who have been showing up and wrecking the place for so long.
