Hey folks,

Love ya both. Sorry if that's inappropriate. I just do. Hope you're not too cold in IL. (Insert some heart and hug emojis here.)

Anyway. Podcast note. I think at 14:35 or so, BG intended to insert audio from the Bulwark clip you embedded in your blog, The Never Trumper's Lament. The Bulwark clip does not play - you (DG) introduce the segment, then we hear BG laugh and you continue narration. It sounds like a little editing got missed here. If you want to fix it, you could (or just add a segment asking listeners to look up your blog post).

Either way, thanks for your work, and I'll listen to the rest of your cast now. Thanks for all you do.

Why narrow your Hageman replacement options by requiring them to be vertebrates?
Octopuses display far more capacity for problem solving than most house Republicans. I was gonna say cuttlefish, but they have a weird internal bone that some could mistake for a vertebra and I don't need the blowback...
So the damn fool has gone and insulted Nancy Pelosi by mistaking her for Nikki Haley. This is why I remain an atheist; if god existed Fergus would have been toast.
The goddamn New York Times has that tone that is just so infuriating. I get their newsletter every morning and it is run by David Leonhardt, who makes me want to scream at him with his high handed centrism. I read them for Paul Krugman, but even he isn't enough to keep me there too much longer.
The Biden campaign is going big on abortion, and hopefully big enough to actually win. There really are a lot of women out there and many of them do vote.
Thank you again for the podcast. The atmospheric river just started so we're gonna get several inches of rain. Last year's atmospheric rivers dumped feet of snow instead, so this year's (so far) is good for us, but not for the snowpack that this state relies upon for its water.
