I remember when women of the GOP were able to be entitled to use their names in a heritage sort of way.
Take Mitt Roney's Daughter, Ronna Romney McDaniels for instance.
It is the full name she was proud of when she took over the RNC.
Until Trump assimilated the RNC into his MAGA cult organization. Ronna had to drop her "Romney" out of her name because Trump became vengefully nasty at Mitt Romney for his impeachment votes and his speeches denouncing Trump and Trumpism , even As Mitt voted for all Trump's policies of stupidity.
So now it is only Ronna McDaniels. She doesn't get to royally title herself with her birth family name She denounces her family values to appease the Trump (and keep her pausing job at the RNC and get to be of some importance within the GOP which she can translate in the future to some elite republican socialized job that she can live in glorious style and comfort.
The very religious raise daughter of Mitt Romney discards her family with shame.
And that is our religious family values lesson for the day.
