IAs in court trials the jury must unanimously find guilt or it is acquitted. So why not unanimous requirement from the SCOTUS?
New law for the SCOTUS.
All 9 justices must agree to over turn any case in front or it is an acquittal.
When all the Right wing justices are out of the same Federalist Society box. You only require one GOP justices when they have a majority.
