The judge was appointed by Never-Trump Republican John Kasich. He's a former chair of the Butler County Republican Party (and probably a member in good standing of Federalist Society).
Where is the appeal?
Judge orders doctors / hospital to administer drugs the patient demands he wants? Like Governor of Florida signing his small government executive order to mandate the businesses like Cruise lines cannot require vaccine documents. I guess they cannot ask if they have COVID. So they know how many ICU beds the ship will require?
There are still states that outlaw "Pot" for medical use or recreational use because it is dangerous to their health to certain folks depending on their political/Biblical values.
I must be old for remembering when republicans in their pro life / life is precious ideology. As they persecuted and jailed Dr. Kevorkian.
Do you recall Dr. Kevorkian traveling around teaching people on their death beds how to commit suicide and end it all if they wanted to escape all the pain and agony in the last days to reach their inevitable deaths'?

Judges ruled in favor of pharmacists to refuse filling doctors prescriptions over abortion pill. Here, Judge rules doctors must do what their medical oath they swore to of , Not doing harm. The judge can over rule.
How does this even get allowed to be filed as a suit ?
