Republican's showed us that a president can shoot someone on 5th Avenue in broad daylight and get away with it. Can't indict a sitting president because of a DOJ memo that is not in the constitution. Can defy all subpoenas and doesn't have to submit to being deposed.
This goes for the president's family as well as he close loyal enforcer pals. If somehow it doesn't, he can just pardon them.
So President Biden should have all the same powers.
