You must completely explain this law.
It is the republican, Nixon who stated this. APlaced it into infamy GOP mindless legal wrangling.
This l Above the law is reserved right there aboard the good ship the U.S.S. Constitution.
It clearly (in the most convoluted fogging manner) states it is exclusive for Republican presidents only.
Because we all know and seen, Democratic presidents are never legitimate. Were never intended by our founders for democratic presidents to be able to govern.
