The Professional Left Podcast with Driftglass and Blue Gal

Ep 481: Roger Stone Eat Your Heart Out

February 14, 2019

Driftglass and Blue Gal celebrate the day we met face to face eleven years ago. Oh sure, Roger Stone has a gag order from a federal judge, but Driftglass is in Twitter jail (again!). We feel chided by the Mister Rogers documentary, and instructed by Stacey Abrams. Ann Coulter's brand is undergoing a "transformation" ha ha ha. We are right about Never-Trust-a-Never-Trumper, and Donald Trump is totally off his own deep end. More at ProLeftPod.com.

I will say, although I agree with you on the Fred Rogers doc, but one of things that really kind of appalled me is that the actor who performed as Office Clemmons, was gay and was pressured to not go to gay bars and then to get married to a woman which, predictably, turned out poorly. Later, Fred changed his attitude, but at the time, it was pretty typical and not in keeping with the way Fred felt to people in general.

Yup. I've been saying all week that all of this wall stuff sure has knocked the Russia investigation, which is dropping bombs pretty much on a daily basis now, off of the front page.
Thank you again for the podcast. Newt will never be in the same league of quality podcasting as you two.

You guys rock...love the podcast. Especially driftglas' spot on description of the past few presidencies and where we are headed. I'm scared yet very optimistic because there are more of us than them
