On point, as usual. And LibraryGuy has a point. Change "We have" to "We've" And it's perfect for the Regressives.
To coin a phrase this would seem to be a David Brooks coup - the right people are making the right decisions, bypassing the orange vulgarian in the oval office and all that tiresome dealing with the riff raff and the idea of a Republic.

The bigger concern is not what Mr. Trump has done to the presidency but rather what we as a nation have allowed him to do to us. We have sunk low with him and allowed our discourse to be stripped of civility.
Uh, why do we need a goddamn Republican to tell us what Fergus is doing? He's doing exactly what we tried to tell those fucks he would do.
This is another Republican lifeboat, cooked up in the service of trying to be employable post 2020.
