Just to remind you that Hunter's district may be R+11, but we have an independent commission to draw our districts here, so you can't really say that it's been gerrymandered. Basically, there's just a fuck-ton of Republicans around San Diego.
If we can take out Hunter, though, maybe we have a shot against Rohrabacher, McCarthy, and the rest of the despicable Republicans who still hold office in this state that Hillary won by thirty points.
Anyway, thanks again for the podcast on this the first week of of the apocalypse.

Oh yeah, and I forgot: Voting by mail is the shit. I've been doing it for ten years, and it's the best.
You can sit down with your ballot at your computer and look up each initiative and down ballot race at your leisure and not make a single mark on your honest-to-god paper ballot until you are satisfied you have it right.
And nobody is standing in line waiting for you to be done.
And your signature on the mailing envelope gets matched with the one they have on file for you for ID that works and doesn't require any special voter suppressing hoops to be jumped through.
And your ballot number can be entered into a website later to check and make sure your vote was counted.
Like I said, it's totally the shit and I wish everyone did it that way.

Wish no ill will on McCain.

Surviving his POW status as a Admirals son was a remarkably event for his country.

Keeping a political career all these years after being on of the Keating 5. Is failing upward.

McCain reamained republican after his own party racially attacked him in a campaign in the south.

The grown man in his 2nd campaign for President began it singing, "bomb-bomb-bomb ZIran" to the beach boys song. Brought in the Sarah Palin. Began the primary with the notion that if his own daughter for reason faced abortion . he wants it to be the best medical attention she can get. But his devotion to his political party that has been programmed into anti abortion (not pro life). He changed his position to become anti abortion because he needed his parties base.
Of course McCain showed a limit to immoral assassination when he took that Mic away from the 'he's an Arab" woman.
His own party stood by while their candidate Trump, stated he likes soldiers who do not get captured and McCain shows no heroism for his service and endured because of that service.. From a man who used his wealth for 6 deferments.
Did McCain apply his "Thumbs down" vote on ACA repeal to stick it to Trump or what was best for the country. I will never know. Thankful all the same.
Clear it is, McCain chose to ensure Trump would not eulogize or be invited to participate in his funeral .
It seems McCain had limits to his republicanism. That is completely missing since the Tea Party marketing fisaco that infected American politics.

What McCain either accepted or promoted. If there is a Pearly Gate with Saint Peter awaiting with questions for membership entry .

May he reach his destination, may it not be like a Mar A Lago membership.

Oh, FG, If you ever in need of allowance to speak on Sen. Ben Sasse. You have my support. As Sasse belongs to me. Even though I asked for someone else.

His statements never match up with his true self, actions.
for the record, Sasse was rewarded with a prized Judiciary position after standing with McConnell in pretending Obama nominee Judge Garland does not exist.
He cannot respond to my barrage of questioning that I want he same voice in voting for a SCOTUS. The same he said he gave us over Garland. That know, I do not need no stinking voice.

He is concerned to have town halls cause of shootings. Imagine that from Sen. "thoughts and Prayer" Sasse. He is now into the Tele-town halls. Where they are all prerecorded and produced for effect.
You should hear the anxiety taffy twisting with Rose thorny stems over the tariffs that hurting the state.
What is amazing, after the farmers got their tax cuts, being corporate farms. Getting another $12 billion of other peoples money. It is excruciatingly embarrassing conservative socialism he and Sen Fischer have not yet learned enough of the English language to comment on it all. it truly is astonishing here.
Outside professionals are on order. Putin is in demand to smooth this all over .

It's always been my understanding that mailing your vote in was an absentee ballot and that a Supreme Court ruling left it to the states' discretion as to whether they counted those votes. When I've been working on Election Day, I've usually informed my employers that I might be late because I was stopping at the polls, considering it's one of my duties as a citizen, and I haven't had a problem with that so far. Frankly, "it's what the Democrats want" isn't a particularly persuasive argument.

Maybe we should go back to telling people they don't have a right to complain if they didn't vote.
