These sanction were passed in Oct. with veto proof majorities of both House and Senate, as I am sure you are aware.
Trump finally sign them into law mid Nov. I notice zero reports they were put into place. Noticed Sec of State Tillerson had emptied out the State Dept. including the section that imposed and monitored sanctions. Knowing this some time ago I began calling and writing ,calling and writing my 2 Senators and House Rep. over this. Apparently this subject is not on their trained response list to answer.
They speak right up with "thoughts and prayers", God against abortion" and "tax cuts cure us all of everything from Cancer to lead poisoning.

Does Trump defy congress or does he dare them to squeal?
It is the prize of Putin for his hellping not just Trump in the election but the republican party too.
