Try a Time Machine

The King of Both Siderism thinks it is high time to get political about gun violence.

I completely agree.

One big step in the right direction might be for Matthew Dowd to travel back in time a year or so and use his privileged position as ABC News' chief political analyst to pimp-slap the ever-loving shit out of any of his colleagues with a media platform who were playing the game of "Both Side Do It -- Disrupt! -- End The K'rupt Duopoly" between a political party that is a wholly owned subsidiary of the fucking NRA (from the NYT, 04/28/17) --
Trump Tells N.R.A. Convention, ‘I Am Going to Come Through for You’

ATLANTA — President Trump received a thunderous welcome from thousands of gun lovers as he appeared here on Friday at the National Rifle Association’s annual convention to thank the group for its unwavering support of his presidential campaign.

A supporter of restrictions on guns before he entered politics, Mr. Trump became a fierce champion of gun rights during his bid for the White House, earning early backing — and $30 million in campaign support — from the powerful lobbying group.

“Only one candidate in the general election came to speak to you, and that candidate is now the president of the United States, standing before you,” Mr. Trump said. “You came through for me, and I am going to come through for you.”...
-- and a political party that is not the wholly owned subsidiary of the fucking NRA.

Of course there are risks.

For example, the Butterfly Effect that may arise from Present Matthew Dowd blocking Yesterday Matthew Dowd on Twitter for suggesting that we can't just love, love, love the NRA away and that waiting around for the Party of Moloch to "evolve" on this issue is insane may cause the space-time continuum to cough up a hairball and Mr. Dowd to vanish in a temporal paradox fart.

But I am willing to risk it.

"Time to do something."

Now THAT is leadership from a third way advocate.

Of course I know Mr. Dowd can't be more specific without losing half his twitter followers and bringing the full force of the internet's white resentment gun-fetishists down on him.

Someone is going to have to help me out here.
There is no fakery news that can be marketed to me.

House of Reps to schedule vote for legal silencers bill.

After Republican Rep. Steve Scaalise was shot. All of my GOP congress critters used security reasons for not having town halls.
They can meet with NRA lobbyists with no safety concerns.

The GOP sounds of praying for those victims is really the sound of,
And I para phrase;

"Pilate saw that he wasn't getting anywhere, that a riot was developing. So he sent for a bowl of water and washed his hands before the crowd, saying, "I am innocent of this man's blood. The responsibility is yours!"

And that my fellow Earth dwellers is the weeping from republicans.
(even some who want to do something but are enslaved to their greed and the false God they put before the one. That false Icon of a God the Republican party of which the pillars of their beliefs are inseminated unnaturally).

If I can smell this as an Agnostic leaning Atheist An they cannot. I recommend ordering a bowl of water to wash your hands. Although your soul and mind will be soiled for ever. Just ask ,

Judas Zechariah and why washing his hands wasn't sufficient.

Actually, IRL large-scale chaotic mayhem would only emerge millennia (or even many millions of years) later.

So I just got back from an overseas adventure. Last stop was Istanbul. Due to Dolt 45's edicts to allegedly make us rubes "safer from Radical Islamic terrorissss" (who, as we know, are simply overruning our freedumbs here in the USA), I went through the following just to leave Turkey:

3 X-ray bag scans
1 carry-on bag check by hand (pretty thorough)
2 magantometers (that I had get irradiated by walking thru them)
2 pat downs by hand
1 search for residues on my clothes, shoes, hands and hair
9 (nine) checks of my passport (not including the one check of my passport by Turkish customs control)

All of that so that I can come back here and get mowed down by some disaffected WHITE MALE (now of any sort of age, not just disaffected youth. Apparently disaffection occurs in old rich white males, who lead a pretty salubrious lifestyle & apparently even have a girlfriend and are retired from a good job living in a nice place), who is CLEARLY Not. A. Terrorist.

Aaaaand of course, it is NEVER EVER going to be a "good time" to talk about gun control. And as pointed out, above, after Republican Scalise was shot by a similar disaffected older white male, he and his cronies are all about to vote to make gun silencers legal. Just so we won't know where the hits are coming from.

Is this a great country or what?

But oh my: BOTH SIDES are are Exactly. The. Same. And in fact, it's the horrible leftists who are ruining everything for everyone all of the time.

Eff that whiney prick Dowd.

I take it by your comments that the, "extreme vetting" is working out for you.

From your many comments in the past. You do not seem to have ALT Right tendencies.
So how did you get in to the country?

Keep in mind, the government can't do anything. And the government is the only one that can protect you from the Islamo-terror threats.
Unlike what happens in Vegas-stays in Vegas.
The GOP stands for your right to have weapons to defend yourself against others that have the right and money to own arsenals and firepower to overwhelm your right to defend yourself and family. Oh, and the right to murder your government representatives to over throw what mixed up convoluted excuse to thwart tyranny.

makes me wonder how many folks were carrying at that concert, and if they had if at least 2 of their brain cells were able to communicate to each other that they were defenseless with old Betsy on their hip?

I thought of the high number of wounded and all the health care costs.
How being shot can be a preexisting condition now that it is so commonplace. I thought if a professional athlete was there and wounded badly that it could end his career. Again, now for sure is a preexisting condition.

It might be Insurance companies are going to charge for preexisting conditions when the GOP takes majority control. Raise premiums during GOP control as well.
So welcome back to the great again beginning of the end.

Bill OReilly: The massacre in Las Vegas is the price we pay for freedom. The Party of Moloch, indeed.

So impressed am I with the manner which BillO utilizes his pronouns.
In this case, "we" and how it is intended to imply it includes "Him".

Isn't BiLLo a decorated veteran from the same personal Vietnam war Trump was in?
