Of course it's about silencing and denigrating women and people of color. Not only do they stand in opposition to his crazy base (who are most of what's holding his presidency afloat by being a threat to congressional Republicans) but the Women's March was much larger than his inauguration and he'll never forgive them for it.
Sort of like he'll never get over being ridiculed at the dinner.
I like the word "kakistocracy" well enough, but for this damn fool I think we need a word that means "government by fuck you."
