It is just so unreal. Leaders are supposed to calm people, not incite them. What is wrong with our President?— Matthew Dowd (@matthewjdowd) June 4, 2017
Weird isn't it?
It's almost like a cabal of very wealthy, very depraved men have spent an almost incomprehensibly vast amount of time and money over the past 30 years to turn the Republican party into a madhouse so packed with obedient bigots and paranoid imbeciles -- so dead from the neck up -- that they would not only cheerfully elect someone as unhinged and ruinous as President Stupid, but would caper like Nazis around a pile of burning books every time he maims or kills another democratic institution,
But hey, "Disrupt!" is what milk-fed media veal like you wanted, right?
Because of the K'rupt Duopoly!
Remember? The terrible, terrible K'rupt Duopoly?
From Austin Monthly, July, 2016 (with emphasis added):
THINGS I'VE LEARNED: MATTHEW DOWD...ON THE ELECTION THUS FARI’m not surprised actually. I think I was one of the first people to say last summer that I thought Donald Trump was going to be the likely Republican nominee, and people thought I was crazy to say it. At first I didn’t know, but then I realized where the state of the country was. It’s fascinating. It’s concerning. But I actually think it’s reflective of the dissatisfaction with the status quo, which I think is a good thing. I think we’re in a disruptive time in our country anyway, with the economy and everything else, that we need disruption in our politics and in our governance. The outcome of this year is uncertain, but I think what is certain is that we’re going to be on an accelerator to a whole different place after this year...
Latest column. Disruption is coming. Ending the duopoly. https://t.co/CNTAl52zi6— Matthew Dowd (@matthewjdowd) February 18, 2016
Well "Disrupt!" is what you got, Matthew. This is what it looks like: a great, big, steaming helping of disruption, delivered every day by President Stupid.
So why are you beefing about your wish coming true?

I've said it before, and so have you. Maybe we need to stop confining it to this space and saying it to them in spaces they can't block, like the letters pages of our local papers. I quote from the Lathspell according to Galt, paragraph 4:
"You have destroyed all that which you held to be evil and achieved all that which you held to be good. Why, then, do you shrink in horror from the sight of the world around you? That world is not the product of your sins, it is the product and the image of your virtues. It is your moral ideal brought into reality in its full and final perfection."
Let's not forget that every time President Obama handled a crisis by remaining calm, emphasizing the positive, and methodically working through the problem, lollygaggers like Dowd were lecturing him about how he can't LEEEEAAAAD because he's not getting in front of the cameras with his hair on fire and telling the country that they are right to freak the fuck out.
I don't understand. They have the House, they have the Senate, they have the Executive - they have the whole fucking government and they can run it as they see fit. Why aren't they celebrating all the winning? Man, you just cannot please some people.
Dowd's wish coming true.
Rich people pay less or no taxes. Leaves them with more money to pay Down, dowd gets a tax cut and those less than human other masses of Americans can pick up the tab.
I am sure Dowd is as big a supporter of taxing our military serving their country. Taxed to pay for the V.A.. But those who send them to war should be exempt from paying for veterans health care. Socialized care at that.
His special superior political credentials of working for "both sides" displays his firm grip on the issues..
Can I ask, where was Dowd when Obama took office and the entire GOP world brotherhood began screaming at the new president that he ran this country into all that debt. Within the first 3 months. while operating under the fiscal economic budget Bush had in place until October.
Does Dowd agreee that extracting $00 billion out of health care will make it better?
If so, then Dowd should agree with these 2 items;
1)
If we extract a Trillion out of the U.S. Military it should make the U.S. Defense better.
2)
I f extracting money out of something like mentioned. Then extracting (raising taxes) money from the very wealthy should improve their well being as well as raising taxes on Dowd. It would make him BETTER WRITER AND HIS INDUSTRY BETTER AT WHAT IT IS THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO.
following GOP/ Trump PRETZEL LOGIC MAKING, reducing Dowd's income will make his life much better.
But Dowd seems too obsessed with inflicting his important scolding lectures on others over rhetoric uses that he disapproves.
