Today In Both Sides Do It: Keep Fucking That Centrist Chicken

On of the most sacred rituals of the High and Holy Church of Both Siderism is the Fucking of the Centrist Chicken. Today, two of the Church's highest officers show how to get 'er done.

As I wrote yesterday, because it is a parasite-cult, as the chasm it tries to straddle between the relatively venial sins of the Left and the outright, raving racism and lunacy of the Right grows exponentially wider, the more brittle and indefensibly ridiculous Both Siderism becomes.

Both Siderism is to politics in 2017 what the Siegfried Line was to warfare in 1944: an empty shell, overgrown and crawling with cows.  Which is why we on the Left scare the shit out of the Beltway urinal cakes

Because their entire career now depends on keeping their toxic little cult propped up,

And if you give us the right tools, we on the Left could punch through it in two days.

Dowd and Fournier are pathetic.

Cause you know, Bannon and Pelosi are both white Supremacists. I mean come on, they are both white and perceive the world through eyes wrapped up in white skin? Right!

Bush, Obama and now that Trump dude. All Unitarian presidents.
We saw Bush go to congress for war approvals. We saw Obama "forced" to go to congress. and we see Trump going to Congress first notion of military action.

All the Dowds, Fourniers and Brooks no doubt are having their Movantic moments.

As we wait for them to finally see their doctor(s). As their Doc's ask them,
"how long you been holding this in"?

Because neither party represents the people's interests.

I love seeing those words coming from a twit like Fournier, especially connected to the article he linked. Naturally, it has nothing to do with "neither party" representing "the people," save a pair of lines at the start about Trump fucking over poor whites and a much more vague statement about how working professionals would have "more money in their pockets" with Republican policies. Both Sides!

The distinction, of course, being that Trump never told all those poor whites that he was planning on fucking them over in advance. One of those two sides has this habit of lying to its constituents about the intent and outcome of its economic policies, therefore giving said constituents the impression that they'll all be winners regardless of the outcome. But there I go, being a filthy heretical partisan and denying the fundamental truth of the sacred prayer words.

But what I see in that seven-word verbal fart from Fournier is a subtle shift in Both Siderist doctrine, one that I suspect is going to grow as the Sensible Center tries to reinforce the collective delusion that Obama was a partisan hatchet man and Trump is really their ideal candidate. Previously, these guys had drawn their beliefs from some half-remembered 70s-era poll showing more people identifying as conservatives than liberals. Everyone knows, then that We Are A Center-Right Nation, which is why every Republican win is a mandate whereas a Democratic win is merely cause for reconciliation with the Republicans since it was, essentially, a fluke.

But this new wave of post-Brooks Both Siderists have welcomes a new dogma, that the mythical Real, True American rejects all politics in favor of a grand centrist Third Way. 90% of Americans are waiting for that great centrist idea man, that noble diplomat and dealmaker who obviously was not Barack Obama because the Both Siderist paradise didn't appear after his election. And yes, there's something about very rich about posting articles on polarization while at the same time arguing that We Are A Centrist Nation, but then these guys clearly never made it on brains.

"Everyone knows, then that We Are A Center-Right Nation, which is why every Republican win is a mandate whereas a Democratic win is merely cause for reconciliation with the Republicans since it was, essentially, a fluke."

To this day, is a required conservative vitamin supplement swallowed daily via Right-white wing media.
