Correcting the Boston Globe

One small typo. Can you spot it?
With John Boehner out, the worst is yet to come

By Michael A. Cohen SEPTEMBER 30, 2015

The single most important political story of the last six years has been the increasing extremism of the Republican Party.

If you’ve watched a Republican presidential debate you understand what I’m referring to. But the radicalism of the GOP extends to every level of American government — from the mayor of Lewiston, Maine, who recently called for the creation of a public database to shame welfare recipients, to the halls of Congress, where super-conservative John Boehner was felled last week because he wasn’t super-conservative enough.
...
No, the "single most important political story of the last 40 years" has been the increasing extremism of the Republican Party.

And the second most important political story of the last 40 years (as a handful of disreputable Liberal bloggers have been writing for the last decade)  has been the steadfast, unified dedication of the Beltway media to refused to honestly report on the single most important political story of the last 40 years.

But other than that, spot on Boston Globe!

And in 40 more years, with the population above ten billion and the available arable land decreasing by the year because of climate change, that timeline may expand further still...

How far have we fallen that a drunken buffoon acted as what passed for the closest thing to "the voice of reason" within his own party?

What does it say about how I hate to see him go and dread what they'll replace him with?

And what rough beast, it's hour come round at last, slouches toward Washington to be born?
