Part of me wants to say "Please let Trump keep helping the Republican Party, please?" but another part of me suspects that he actually IS helping the Republican Party, and we are far more screwed than I suspected...

They assume Trump could win. I guess the demographic data hasn't quite sunk into their precious widdle heads yet--but I forget, denial of unpleasant reality is old hat for this lot.

I never imagined that the death of the national Republican party would occur in 2016. 2024 probably, and almost definitely by 2030.
