Professional Left Podcast #268

Introduced once again by Kevin's  promo video, which you clearly haven't spam enough yet.
It is inaccurate to say that I hate everything. I am strongly in favor of common sense, common honesty, and common decency. This makes me forever ineligible for public office.

Glad you mentioned Davos on the show this week because I saw this load of elitist horseshit on Reddit earlier and nearly smashed my head open pounding it against a wall.

“America’s lifestyle expectations are far too high and need to be adjusted so we have less things and a smaller, better existence,” Greene said in an interview today at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. “We need to reinvent our whole system of life.”

What's this fucking "we" shit, Kemosabe? You're telling us we need to suck it up and do with less while you take a private jet with your wife, your kids, and your TWO FUCKING NANNIES to the World Rich Persons Talking Down To the Poors Summit, which you're only fucking invited to because you're a billionaire off our fucking backs? You're the fucking reason WHY we're having these problems!

And the media listens to these fuckers! They treat these self-righteous "let them eat cake" moments as gospel!

As I'm sure you know, Victor, the media is owned by these people.

Why wouldn't they propagandize the hell out of the stoopids?

It's been the program (and a very effective one) since Reagan gave Murdoch U.S. citizenship in the early 80's so he could own and operate Fox Snooze stateside and all its later siblings.

Unfortunately, the concept of keeping it 100 demands a liberal audience. So it can't solve any problem in media. The problem would be already solved before it's introduced.

A balanced audience would produce votes of 50% lie on trivial factual statements.

I'm going to be Comic Book Guy here for a moment and say, "Um actually, the new Mad Max movie is a sequel, and not a remake."

It also looks entertaining as hell.
