Funny (peculiar) you should talk about he medicare denial. It is the same for a veteran making a VA claim and the same for someone making a Social Security disability claim. It is always an initial denial then you have to fight to get what you have the right to receive (I won't use the word "entitlement"). This makes the system incredible inefficient, but the hope is that many who are qualified will just give up--Not all applicants are Harvard educated.
The lion's share of responsibility for rising prices goes to higher energy prices.
