My least favorite NG character. Beard or no.
Jerry B: He was no Spock, but he had a lady's man/comic relief thing going on, mixed with extreme competence. He wasn't actively annoying or anything.I admit, though, that they didn't use him for levity quite enough.
In a lot of ways, I thinkcRiker was an early prototype for Cpt. Mal Reynolds of Firefly.
