Ah. Good. Because I found http://www.wired.com/dangerroom/2012/04/warhead-loiter-nonlethal/, which was interesting. In an OMG way. But not this.
Having grown up in and about the D.C. area is to have the experience of the movie 'Breaking Away' amplified ten times over. Now, just by virtue of population growth, you are less likely to run into the class of smug young and old powdered whigs who love to throww their wieght around, but they are always there screwing up national and local politics.
