Now That Star Wars: Episode I, The Incoherent Mess

is being re-released in 3D (so the boring awfulness will now shamble right off the screen and into you lap) I figured it was time to re-release the one good thing inspired by the "Phantom Menace": the best online movie review in the history of online movie reviews.

Part 2:

Part 3 here.

Part 4 here.

Part 5 here.

Part 6 here.

Part 7 here.

This may have been mentioned in one of the reviews, but I once read where, in between American Graffiti and the actual first Star Wars, Lucas had basically decided to call it a day and just make porno's.
What conclusions may be drawn from the obvious fact that the more control Lucas had over a film, the more banal and insipid the plot, and dialogue and even acting became?
It's as if you took someone who could draw really well, but had no knowledge of mechanics or physics and told them to build a functioning car.
Or you took someone whose writing skill set "Peter Principled" out at porno dialogue and gave them a billion dollar movie production facility.

P.S. Man that guy really sounds like the lawyer from "Idiocracy"

That guy's reviews should be required course material at any level of film making education.

There's a much easier way to watch this:

A lot less clicking and much higher quality. :)

Being a "Star Wars" fan from far far away and long time ago I got'a say, "This is belly-laugh funny!"

The narrator's dead pan delivery is spot on and brutal. Tanx
